My journey began in Brazil and evolved across continents, collaborating with leaders in Germany, India, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Along the way, I learned that true impact comes from connecting people, ideas, and strategy with vision and care.

Today, through GC Business Consulting, I advise global organizations on alliances, governance, and complex negotiations. I also serve as a board member for agribusiness and coffee companies in Brazil and the UK, supporting sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Giulia Ferraz

Law intern with experience in labor, contract, and corporate law.

Has supported labor litigation and routine legal processes, with current responsibilities focused on drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contracts, as well as assisting with corporate matters.

Demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous technical and practical development, with an emphasis on corporate law and on building a solid and strategic career in the legal field.

Currently pursuing a Law degree at PUC Campinas, with expected graduation in 2025.

Matheus Koseki

Lawyer specialized in Corporate Law and Data Protection (LGPD) from IBMEC (2024), holds an MBA in Corporate Law from FGV (2021), a Postgraduate Degree in Digital Law and Compliance from IBMEC (2024), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from UNIP (2016). Currently pursuing the program “Compliance in Practice” at Future Law, he focuses on providing strategic consulting for small and medium-sized businesses across Brazil.

With experience in corporate governance, compliance, and business structuring, Matheus offers legal solutions that combine security, efficiency, and innovation.

His purpose is to work side by side with clients, providing a solid foundation and strategic support to ensure business growth and security.

He believes that law is communication — it should be simple, clear, and connected to the reality of companies, helping them make informed and strategic decisions.
