  • Started as trainee, later Legal Assistant while still in law school.

  • Implemented governance, organized board meetings, managed contracts and regulatory filings.

  • Opened first branch outside São Paulo (Mato Grosso).

  • Legal Manager, leading attorneys and supporting CEO/CFO.

  • Negotiated global supply agreements with partners in Asia and Europe.

  • Oversaw lawsuits, acquisitions in Brazil and Latin America.

  • Led legal due diligence during partial acquisition by Indian multinational.
